Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on July 17 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 131(STA) "An Act                                                                                
         naming the state parking garage being constructed in                                                                   
         Anchorage north of the Robert B. Atwood Building
